The Elevated Collection:
Frequently Asked Questions
-
The Elevated Collection combines professionally planned travel with the personal attention of being hosted by people who know you. Heidi and Geoff personally host each departure, helping coordinate the experience, handle the unexpected, and add those special touches that make traveling together feel easy and memorable.
-
Every journey is different, and all inclusions will be clearly outlined in the individual trip itinerary. Depending on the journey, this may include accommodations or cruise fare, transportation, select meals, excursions, group experiences, and other amenities. We’ll review exactly what is—and isn’t—included before you book.
-
Not at all. Some experiences are designed for the whole group, while others provide time for you to relax, explore, or do your own thing. You get the camaraderie of traveling together without having to be together every minute.
-
Let’s talk. We’ll get to know how you like to travel, answer your questions, and make sure the experience matches what you’re looking for. No test, no velvet rope—just a conversation about whether it feels like the right fit.
-
Absolutely. Couples, friends, families, and solo travelers are all welcome. One of the best parts of hosted travel is arriving knowing a few people and departing with new friends. Solo pricing and accommodations vary by journey.
-
Yes, if available. We keep a list of solo travelers interested in sharing accommodations and can provide information to help you connect. If you do not find a roommate, you’ll be responsible for the full solo occupancy cost.
-
It depends on the journey. We’ll clearly outline what’s included and can also help coordinate flights, pre- and post-trip stays, extensions, and any other travel arrangements.
-
Each journey has its own deposit requirements, payment schedule, and cancellation terms based on the cruise line, tour operator, hotels, and other suppliers involved. We’ll review everything with you before booking, including any nonrefundable components.
